How Corporate Accounts Work

You choose designated administrators who can place orders for individual employees or the whole office and also initiate and manage Meeting Invite orders. Meeting Invite orders are great for lunch meetings or anytime you don't want to deal with additional expenses and the hassle of catering orders. The Meeting Invinte order process works like this:

Step 1

Your LiveOnTheGo administrator selects the restaurant, order date/time and who will be participating.
LiveOnTheGo automatically sends e-mail invites to the participants, with instructions on how to place their individual orders.

Step 2

Each participant places his or her individual order through LiveOnTheGo.com. Your administrator can monitor the status of each order and place orders for colleagues that do not want to order for themselves.

Step 3

Once everyone has ordered, the administrator can review and submit the final order to the restaurant. You will receive a confirmation e-mail including a detailed receipt of the order.

Your order will be ready and waiting at your specified date and time, or if you opted for delivery your order will be brought to you.
