Corporate Accounts

How does my company sign up for a corporate account?

Visit LiveOnTheGo.com and click on the Corporate Account tab to send in a request. A LiveOnTheGo.com representative will contact you. Once you have created a corporate account, your company can take advantage of convenient online ordering and payment of take out for business lunches, meetings, late night work and other corporate events.

What are the benefits of signing up for a corporate account?
A corporate account with LiveOnTheGo.com makes ordering for small and large groups at the office quick and easy. It automates and streamlines the entire ordering process, from picking the restaurant to placing employees’ orders to making payment. Employees access menus in one place online, instead of passing around menus or sign-up sheets. And all orders can be scheduled for a common pickup or delivery time and paid for on a group account.

How do I place a corporate order or an order for a meeting?
The ordering process is simple. The company’s designated administrator(s) can place an order directly. Or, they can use our proprietary meeting invite feature to order customized meals for a group of people. Here’s how it woks: An administrator sends an e-mail to select employees, inviting them to place their order from a specific restaurant by a specific time. Those employees then log-in at their convenience, without disrupting their busy workday, to place their orders online — and can even indicate special requests. They can also provide expense tracking information, such as client or project numbers.

The administrator can check to see if all employees have ordered, and send reminder e-mails, if necessary. Once all selected employees place their orders, the administrator submits the order to LiveOnTheGo.com, and it can be charged to one common account. For companies that do not pay for employees’ meals, employees can be required to pay with personal credit cards.

Of course. Whether it’s a group of 10 or 100, LiveOnTheGo.com makes meal planning fast and easy around the office. Employees can order exactly what they want from the selected restaurant without having to wait for a menu or sign-up sheet to come to them. How is pickup or delivery time scheduled?
When an administrator uses our proprietary meeting invite feature to send out the e-mail requesting employees to order from a restaurant, LiveOnTheGo.com automatically determines the time by which all employees need to place their orders to accommodate a common pickup or delivery time. This helps make it even easier to order food for a small or large group of people.

Plus, to save time when picking up an order, many of our restaurant partners have designated parking spaces and pickup areas, and some will even bring the order to you in your car.
