The Q Shack opened its doors in 2003, and has been serving slow cooked, authentic barbecue ever since. We are a locally owned, family run business that serves and promotes local farmers’ produce and meats whenever possible and available.

Priced per person. Minimum order of 20 required. All deliveries include the following (as needed): 2 BBQ sauces, plates, plastic silverware, napkins, cups, ice, plastic serving utensils and all food served in disposable, servers. Set-up includes all necessary tables, chaffers and utensils needed and includes drop off, set up and pick up. Also includes 6 ft. tables, chaffing dishes and hot boxes (keeps food warm up to 3 hrs.), to go containers for any "left-overs". The Q Shack can arrange for all other needed party rentals. 48 hours notice is appreciated - but we'll do our best to accommodate any request!

Catering Option C: The Whole Hog

Minimum 40 people required. Two weeks advance notice required. Includes: Whole Hog cooked and prepared, 3 side dishes, additional meat choices may be added for $1.00 per person, per meat. Servers and/or Pit Bosses are available at $15.00 per hour, with a 5 hour min. If no server or Pit Boss is present, the Whole Hog will be presented either from the smoker or on a serving table. In the event that a smoker is not available on the requested date, an additional $150.00 charge will apply for rental, however we will waive the $35.00 set up charge. Priced Per Person.
