BPS founders Gwen and Scott Clapp have over 25 years experience in hospitality and are both honors graduates of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. They have catered parties as small as two and worked on events as large as the Phoenix Open, serving over 12,000. Gwen and Scott moved to Albuquerque in 2001, and they quickly established a reputation as a “different type of caterer.”
